As of 2012, India hasn't signed any extradition treaty when it comes to cybercrimes, let alone an anonymous poster trying to "ban" or "sue" content he finds offensive.

That means someone accused of cybercrime can't be extradited to India.

This alone renders the assumption of internet laws as being transnational everywhere invalid.

'No extradition treaty signed in respect of cyber crimes'

Chennai : India is yet to sign a treaty with a foreign country to extradite cyber criminals and national and international laws are struggling to catch up with the activities in the cyber world, said a special judge of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) here Friday.

Delivering the keynote address at a seminar 'Cyber War: Has it Begun' organised by Cyber Society of India, Talwant Singh said: "Till date, we don't have an extradition treaty with any country for a cyber criminal to be brought to India.
Where does the matter of extradition come if the "crime" is committed on Indian soil or if the alleged "crime" committed on a foreign soil is not a crime as per Indian laws?

In the first case the offender will be tried by the Indian courts of law. In second case, request for extradition will be rejected.

These two jokers @wegweg and @blue marlin are victims of Hollywood, BBC, they think that James Bond is real, while the truth is that the demented Queen faces danger of forceful eviction from her palace by the resident Jihadis.

I stated the worst case scenario, that of a cyber crime. Even then this isn't possible that's all.

As far as I can tell, this site and pmaitra are based on the USA and I was responding to his comment.
