    Is it correct to state that there is deviation from the higher educational policy motto of "Expansion, Equity and Excellence"?

    Is it correct that there is a greater emphasis on the overwhelming role of 'social luck' defined by the accident of birth?

    Is it true that we pay attention to inequality of opportunity, the focus is on economic condition?

    Is it true that we mask the harsh reality of inherited group inequalities?
