101 the Talibs have studied the art of IED making Par excellance one of which is car bombs of late there have been a lot of Intel that groups like the Talibs and other Terror thugs in IRP have pooled their resource so i belive that it is Likey that they have a IED devision within their ranks

No I knew that they could make bombs but who made the chemical components.
To get such an explosion in a small package with out using Ammonium Nitrate and diesel, you have to use Semtex or something. Someone is supplying it. Anyone want to guess?
