Benefits of Yoga

    Hey Guys,

    Yoga is very effective for the health.
    It play an important role in improving the fitness and stamina.
    It prevents from a number of diseases especially heart problems and blood pressure.
    It also very effective for removing the stress and depression.

    That is right.

    But then free hand exercises and playing games along with Yoga is also important, because all Yoga postures cannot be done without an expert being there as also physically may not be feasible for many!

    Just my view!

    Yes..I also tried to do yoga ..many times..it seems it need lot of patience and time.With our busy schedule it seems very hard to get time to do yoga.
    I agree there is an immense benefit.
    There are many different kinds of yoga kriyas.I found hata yoga and kundalini yoga interesting..
