eijing Just Unveiled Uber-Draconian "One House Per Family" Rules To Curb Bubble

Over the past several months, China has taken various measures to cool its raging housing bubble, but this may be the wildest one yet.

According to multiple reports from Xinhua and China Daily, Beijing has just announced a one apartment per family rule. That's right. You can't have a second apartment. And this doesn't just mean mortgage-buyers. Cash buyers, too, can't buy multiples.

Amazingly, some are already thinking that these and similar regulations will cause a surge in divorce in China. After all, if there are two of you in the family, that's two mortgages you can buy

Just for the city of Beijing and it is only a temporary measure. Yawn... lets see if CCP will apply this nationwide and get serious about the problem.

it is not applicable to aready existent owners.

however, it is the precondition to set up a nation-wide real-asset- registering net system,if those new deals are to be carried out. it will take time

most specultors use bank loans to buy houses. If bank loans are not so easy to get or loan cost is not acceptal, those speculators would have big trouble.

Yes, but if they do not get a house mortgage, they can just get a loan for something else and put it down on the property. This is being done all the time and why CCP efforts are failing.

implementing the measures here.Greed is god here and there a lot of factors at play.most of the speculators and builders may be CCP party members themselves .This law isn't easy to implement lot of capital intrests here.It would be intresting how the CCP will pull this

Nah, you should. It was you who, being a typical Chinese poster, tried to come back with the same lame "how does it happen in your country" counter argument, only to see it fail.

It's not "you will fail", what I said. You did indeed fail.
