If CCP falls, Tibet will gain autonomy and there is a chance that India and China can learn to live with each other peacefully. Do you not think so?

The Chinese mentality is the same, be it anyone.

They are imperialists and expansionists at heart.

In that case, is Tibetan fate sealed for sometime to come, foreever maybe with Han infiltration? Is conflict between India and China inevitable?

cultural similarities don't actually help at all.

most of the worst regional conflicts in the world are between neighbouring countries with similar cultures.

i think you will be dissapointed when a "democratic" china becomes even more assertive of its regional claims then the PRC is. in fact, the RoC already is... they even claim the whole of outer mongolia.

absolutely true, the dharmic influence of buddhism is the sole reason we have not yet started a nuclear apocalypse.

but as the dharmic influence fades away... china will regress to a much more violent methodology, and bring a new dark age for humanity.

like the rest of east asia, chinese societal structure was originally based on confucianism.

we have seen how vicious these confucian-states can be, japan during ww2, china during the early years of the PRC, and north korea today. and of course south koreans who are famous for school shootings and serial killings overseas.

east asia has quite possibly the most savage and unrelenting regional culture in the world.

the western world says that "to be different is something to be admired" and try to paint such a culture in a positve light, but it is anything but positive.

Culture develops from the environment and historical antecedents.

The areas you mentioned are shaped because of it.

in east asia, japan is limited by their constitution which prevents them from regressing to the old expansionist mentality. north and south korea are preoccupied with each other. the real threat for the outside world is china.

losing face in east asia results in a strong emotional reaction that is quite similar to the fanaticism that is seen in the middle east regarding loss of honor. while the islamic reaction is more openly violent, the east asian reaction is to seal the emotions within, until they explode and result in a virginia tech massacre.

also the middle east is too fractured to ever unite and pose a threat to the outside world. china on the other hand is like a giant country-version of an angry korean. irrational and dangerous, especially because you can never see the violence coming. calm and docile right up until the moment that they are on top of you and smashing your skull open with a hammer.

lot of hot air. throughout history China has been spanked by smaller neighbours and the best China has done is to build a wall around themselves.

At the end of the day, as long as china stays within its walls , good. if china tries shit it will be spanked again.

china can never stay within its walls. as ray already mentioned, our mentality cannot accept something like that.

i feel sorry for you guys, you are living next to a nation (china) that is essentially a country-sized version of a psychotic criminal.

hope you sort out your ammunition shortage before china's next mental breakdown.

we will and we will also ensure that we put china into a straight-jacket and throw it into a padded cell.

The funniest thing is the Chinese will have a civil war if the CCP falls that is something not very palpable to me.@Tianshan no community has a monopoly over violence

remember what mao said? we are willing to lose up to half our population in a nuclear war, and he even built a massive system of underground tunnels to achieve that end.

frankly india has no chance against this kind of national psychosis. your army cannot even buy sufficient ammunition for a few days worth of fighting.

dude, mao's threats will work against the US, not India. China can exhaust all its nukes and still be out of reach of 70% of India's population. On the other hand India can exhaust all its nukes and target more than 50% of China's population. Do the math.

what a joke, everyone knows that india is still in the era of fission bombs, and has a smaller collection of nukes than even pakistan. :)

china's insane mindset has allowed us to fight superpowers and win (like in korean war). india loses even to a country as small as pakistan.

you have literally zero chance and your army says it too. we are not just mad but mad and capable at the same time, which is ten thousand times worse.
