All apple products are very good from the view point of users - they have best user experience devices. But the problem is their ecosystem is completely closed be it iTunes or the service of their products. If anything happens to your apple product you cannot get it repaired at your local repair shop, you have to go to apple service where they charge you a bomb and replacement parts are also very expensive. You cannot even replace your own battery.
