India is listed..india is getting aid since 1947 from different countries including japan and UK

remember that since the day UK has suspended aid to india..indian gdp growth rate has reduced from 8.4% in 2011 to 6% in 2012 and now around 5% in 2013

which certainly has proved that your economy is dependent on foriegn aid

while pakistan economy growth rate has reduced onwards recieving the aids from 8.4% growth rate in 2004 to 3.7% in 2012

i can say the same to the indian member.

900millions doesnt make any difference.neither does a total 13billions USD.

when we have allowed free of cost route to there supply since the past 1 decade while they dont even pay the toll plaza tax and has screwed the whole road infra

if we had to charge just just 500-100USD per truck and 300-400 trucks pass through torkham pass daily.the annual output would had been more than 1billion usd or more than what we get string attached aid which is never given to military but rather digested by the politician otherwise they would have applied the tax on each truck.

There is a whole lotta difference between having reserves and profitably extracting it and you need billions in investment too. It's not that only you have got reserves and world is eyeing on you to fulfill their requirement.

To have a viable economy you have to have a stable country, thats something that will never happen in an disfunctional counry like Pakistan.
The Pakistani is caught in a trap of its own making. Since the 1970s, the local media has (often under government pressure) enthusiastically backed Islamic radicalism and hatred of infidels (non-Moslems, especially all those Indian Hindus). Efforts to make peace with India and the West are crippled by the large number of Pakistanis who still believe the decades of anti-infidel propaganda and cannot be quickly turned around. farhan_9909 is a good example, he dream using terrorist to carry the goals and policies of Pakistan will result in something other then more blood shed and terrorism for Pakistan.

Turning Afganstan and I expect Pakistan later on into some of Taliban/Alqida Islam hell hole for the amusement and disgust of the rest of the world is not a good prescription for the future.

Perhaps Pakistan goal of Islamic militants and terrorist organizations like Al Quade taking over Afganstan cant be stopped, but sure as hell the rest of the world is going to make them sorry.
