Palestine Ambassador To Pakistan: 'Kashmiris And Palestinians Are One' | Voice of East

SLAMABAD, 18 July 2014 – Reacting to massive pro-Palestine protests in Indian-occupied Kashmir, the Ambassador of Palestine to Pakistan, His Excellency Walid Abu Ali said that "Kashmiris and Palestinians are one" and expressed his gratitude for the tremendous support that Pakistanis and Kashmiris have shown for the people of Gaza.

A delegation of Youth Forum For Kashmir (YFK) visited the Ambassador and presented to him a report and an album of pictures from various demonstrations in Srinagar and other parts of Indian-occupied Kashmir against the massacres in Gaza.

Conveying YFK's message of solidarity, Executive Director Ahmed Quraishi said the youth organization condemned the deliberate and unjustified targeting of Palestinian civilians. He said the civilians and especially children should never be targeted in war and that the international community should take strong exception to this because this is what the Indian army is also doing in Kashmir.

The young Kashmiri and Pakistani members of YFK are trained lobbyists working for bringing Kashmir to the top of the regional agenda.

Shaista Safi, from Baramulla, presented the album to the Ambassador. In return, he presented to each member of the delegation a pin with a joint Palestinian and Pakistani flags.

What is that guy from Baramulla doing there? Anyway, this statement made things easier for the RS. Or will sickulars continue?

Time to Re-think our Palestine policy. These support seeking statements won't work in their favour in long run. He should also mentions 8000 Balochi disappearances if he cares so much about these people. Not to mention killings in PoK and Gilgit baltistan. Also though I don't support these few killings of Kashmiri people,we must realise they were killed during self defence( Not all ofc). If 10-20 people attack me during a riot and try to take my rifle and try to lynch me,I too will shoot them. These deaths are sad but we must know why they happen.
