My pick will be sardesai, because of the clean chit interview with Tyagi.

If journos have to be questioned, it has to happen before Jan 2017. Election season starts again after that.

In my opinion journos are free to make white money for such publicity deals, but they should be punished for pushing a agenda without disclosure.

AgustaWestland scam: Rs 28 lakhs were spent on a Hindi news channel's senior journalist?

New Delhi: In a major revelation, a sensational claim has come to the fore in connection with AgustaWestland VVIP chopper scam.

A senior journalist is under scanner of Enforcement Directorate (ED) for his role in AgustaWestland VVIP chopper scam.

It has been found that this journalist, who was working with a Hindi news channel, had travelled with his wife to Italy allegedly sponsored by AgustaWestland.

The ED officials allege that only on this journalist and his family an amount of Rs 28 lakhs was spent, according to a report in OneIndia News.

The ED wants to investigate the nature of the relationship between AgustaWestland and this journalist.

This journalist was questioned last year too and will be summoned again by the Enforcement Directorate.

James Christian Michel, one of the middlemen, was in charge of the media. He had organised junkets for officials and media personnel.

During the investigation, the ED found that Michel had spent Rs 4 crore only on the tickets which were meant for the junkets.

Earlier, on Saturday, BJP MP Subramanian Swamy had tweeted, "The first paid news journalist in AW scam to be interrogated."

On January 1, 2014, India had scrapped the contract with AgustaWestland for supplying VVIP choppers to IAF over alleged breach of contractual obligations and charges of paying kickbacks to the tune of Rs 423 crore by it for securing the deal.

Not sure about Rafale deal, but it was obvious to many of us that there was something wrong about the Pilatus deal, I am quite certain there was a massive corruption.
As astonishing as it can ever get, it was said "Will build Pilatus BTT at BRDs". My god how much pressure he was under from his then real boss
if not indulgence he was relishing.

Pressure ex Air Chief Marshal NAK Browne had put on HAL to cancel HTT-40 speaks volume about foul smell that was generally cought but largely ignored. But now coming is the time when NAK Browne will be on one way flight to India from ambassador's house.

AgustaWestland VVIP Chopper Scam: CBI Files Chargesheet Against Ex-IAF Chief SP Tyagi, 9 Others

Seventy-one-year-old SP Tyagi, who had retired in 2007, his cousin Sanjeev and Khaitan were arrested on December 9 by the CBI in connection with the VVIP chopper scam.

The CBI on Friday filed in a Delhi court a charge sheet against former IAF Chief S P Tyagi and nine others in the AgustaWestland VVIP chopper case.

The charge sheet filed before Special CBI Judge Arvind Kumar also named the others including Tyagi's cousin Sanjeev alias Julie and advocate Gautam Khaitan in the Rs 450 crore chopper deal bribery case.

CBI had alleged that Khaitan was the "brain" behind how the bribe money reached India and several firms, through which the money travelled, came into existence and that Sanjeev was known to alleged European middleman Carlo Gerosa.

71-year old Tyagi, who had retired in 2007, his cousin Sanjeev and Khaitan were arrested on December 9 by the agency in connection with the case. These accused are currently on bail.

AgustaWestland chopper scam: Middleman Christian Michel drops 'AP', 'Fam' bomb on Ahmed Patel & Gandhi family
Updated Dec 24, 2018 | 23:18 IST | Times Now Digital
Sources in the CBI told Times Now that Michel has, however, clarified he had "no dealings with the Gandhis or Ahmed Patel'.
New Delhi: In a significant breakthrough in the AgustaWestland VVIP chopper scandal, prime accused and middleman Christian Michel has finally spilt the beans on the identities of 'AP' and 'Fam' in his diary, pointing the arrow straight to the Gandhi family and Congress heavyweights.

Sources in the Central Bureau of Investigation, that is investigating the case, on Monday told Times Now that Michel has confessed to CBI officers that 'AP' stands for senior Congress leader Ahmed Patel, the then-political secretary of UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi and 'Fam' stands for the Gandhi family. However, he said that he had "no dealings with the Gandhis or Ahmed Patel'.
Michel, one of the three key middlemen who is believed to have brokered the deal between AgustaWestland and the Indian Air Force (IAF) in the Rs 3,600 crore AgustaWestland VVIP chopper deal, was extradited to India on December 4. The United Arab Emirates passed an administrative decision, clearing the path to Michel's extradition. The process was monitored by National Security Advisor Ajit Doval.

Cong eco system was aware of what was going on. Hence the warning made by Anand Sharma to govt. servant. Second warning was made by the media when they got a hunch few days back that something was up. But they failed to know what the target was. Finally the panicked visit made by RAGA to Parrikar to some how divert attention from the upcoming events.

Also apparently it seems Modi had visited the CJI and wanted to see his office, where they had a closed door meeting for nearly 20 minutes. Ever since Gogoi's tone has changed. Though I'm unsure of the exact date of the meeting. Things are definitely moving forward. I'm also hearing more flights or on route. We'll see what happens.

Best of all, when their Lawyers asked UAE police on why they are being arrested. They were informed. "They are on a plane, Can't do anything, Ask the Indian Govt."

Finally all the bastards and crooks will have trouble sleeping at nights any more. Seems like Modi is going full throttle against the ecosystem.

Full throttle yes.
The way Roga is kicked off from the Maha Gandh Bandhan also shows that they know, Roga will cost them gandhus much once all the arrests are made.
