I could say the same about most of the threads posted in the China section of this forum. It's almost an exact reversal of the norm here.

An Indian will post a thread about a Chinese kid who spray painted graffiti on some ancient gliffs or a mother who let her toddler take a crap in public etc etc. then all the other Indians will generalize and apply it to every Chinese citizen out there.

Try forgetting your obsession with race and such wouldn't happen. Rape is rape, regardless of nationality. Its wrong regardless of nationality. And rape by an Indian doesn't mean all Indian men rape.

Maybe this will serve as a lesson on the pitfalls of generalizing. You don't like being accused of the faults of our countrymen? Well we don't like it either...

Check that report from UN. Rape per 100k people(2010) for India is 1.8, Hong Kong SAR is 1.6, the US is 27.3, PR China no statistics available.

Just curious, has it been confirmed that it is an Indian citizen ? Coz' here it says it is a South Asian man, reported to be Indian.
Anyway regardless of citizenship, the man should be punished as per the law if found guilty.

2 the fakest part is this: 25 percent of respondents said they had raped a woman if this is true 1/8 chinese people are subject to capital punishment or life imprisonment.....is that the frigging case now???
