Unidentified militants killed five paramilitary soldiers today in an attack on a Frontier Corps (FC) post in Pakistan's restive Balochistan province.
Five soldiers were killed in the attack which happened at Duki area of Loralai district, Radio Pakistan reported.
The security forces launched a manhunt after the attack, but so far no arrest had been made, the report said.
No one has taken responsibility for the attack but Baloch nationalists often target the security forces in the province.
They blame the federal government for keeping the region under developed and are fighting for greater control over the natural resources which are in abundance in the province.
