Jaish-ul-Adl says it abducted 5 Iranian border guards

File photo shows Iranian border guards deployed to the country's eastern areas.

The Jaish-ul-Adl terrorist group has claimed responsibility for the abduction of five Iranian border guards in Iran's southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchestan.

Iran and Pakistan border security officers started their search for the abductees after the incident occurred in Sistan and Baluchestan's Jakigour region on Friday.

No armed conflict is reported to have occurred between the Iranian border guards and the assailants.

Earlier reports suggest that the five Iranian abductees have been transferred to Pakistan.

On October 25, 2013, the Jaish-ul-Adl group killed 14 Iranian border guards and wounded three others in the border region near the city of Saravan in Sistan and Baluchestan Province.

In a letter to the president of the UN Security Council on October 28, 2013, Iranian Ambassador to the UN Mohammad Khazaei said evidence indicates that the Jaish-ul-Adl terrorist group carried out the terrorist attack by infiltrating Iran's eastern borders from Pakistan.

Iran President Hassan Rouhani called for an investigation into the incident, tasking the Foreign Ministry with taking the necessary measures to implement a border security agreement with Pakistan.

In February, Iran and Pakistan signed a security agreement, under which both countries are required to cooperate in preventing and combating organized crime, fighting terrorism and countering activities that pose a threat to the national security of either country.

Call to #FreeIranianSoldiers after border kidnapping

Outraged Iranians are using #FreeIranianSoldiers to condemn the abduction of five guards along the border of Pakistan. An insurgent group called Jaish al-Adl or "Army of Justice" that operates inside Pakistan close to the border claimed responsibility for the kidnapping. The group shared pictures of the abducted guards on Twitter, Facebook, and on a blog

pakistani failed terrorist govt of nawas sharif , a puppet of saudi arabia , continues to ignore our verbal warnings .

looks like our special forces should get ready to operate inside pakistan - who has turned to a terrorist haven under nawas - in order to free the abducted conscript soldiers .

pakistan is doomed with nawas .

we are running out of patience ..... clock is ticking for pakistan .........

tnx bro , but it looks like pakistan is looking forward to a confrontation regarding the issue ......
Some of the territories in Pakistan are not under the control of Pakistani authorities.

Secondly there are elements in PA who do have sympathy for the militant groups and they also support and nurture these groups.

Thirdly Saudi and other countries who are against Iranian influence do support militant groups.

Fourthly USA and its allies are active all along the Tribal belt and some areas in Baluchistan.

Fifth some terror groups want to make a statement and grab the attention so that they can grow stronger.

Its just a show put for their Saudi masters who apparently is visiting pak, so that they can invest in their country. Iran should seal the border and mine it.
either that or :

1- we should force pakistan to secure its borders !! no one needs a country whose borders are controlled by freak terrorists as a neighbor

2- we should stop using conscript soldiers as border control , instead we can use trained soldiers like we do in the western borders and everything is okey .

3- bombarding the shyt out of terrorist bases inside pakistani land using UCAV

Pakistan will always deny that they dont train terrorists, let them keep denying. You are right about border patrol but it wont be enough, to keep the cockroaches out, Iran will have to build something like this, so that they dont infiltrate into Iran to carry out any terrorist attacks in the future

Even visible from space :D

Yeah India and Iran should do joint air exercises, that should scare them to hell:D

Anyways if they continue their policies same thing gonna happen to them what happened in 1971. Already separatist movements going on.

Pakistan is already on a self- destruct mode.

Iran has tremendous International leverage & clout because of oil.

Shias are a more balanced & moderate face of Islam.

It is the wahabi's who are exporting their version of Islam & terrorism from Saudi Arabia.

Pakistan produces / manufactures zilch except for half baked terrorists who squeal & have their knees banging like castanets when they meet their match !!

Iran can always sort out a rogue state like Pakistan with a little help from India , Pakistan ceases to be on the International map.

Careful Haman, saudis are actually looking for a ruse to get into an armed conflict with iran (among others). This may be an effort to draw you in to attack the pakis and while the pakis keep you engaged on one front, the others get you from behind......... classic tactic of gulf war 1

mate , pakistan is not in a position to get into war with anyone , theyre deep deep buried in internal conflicts .

as for KSA , they just buy american toys in which they cant even use . dont worry about them .

@Illusive : bro , i agree , iran and india should enter air warfare training .

this will help us both in fighting terrorism from the sky :)
