5 Chinese prefectures in South Jiangsu Province is planned to catch up with EU and North American by 2030 ,measured by most economic index and social index.
Those 5 prefectrues are Nanjing,Wuxi,Changzhou ,Suzhou and Zhenjiang,which are one of richest areas in CHina. Measured by current exchante rate, their 2012 nominal per capital GDP is 10K-20KUSD.
