One wonders why?

Poor construction material and material fatigue?

Lack of or Irregular Maintenance.

Thank heavens that none died!

Nothing about quality, this merchant used an indoor tank as a window tank, even it is a misuse, this tank has already lasted about five years since it was there, but this year the winter in China is unexpectedly severe, the sudden temperature drop from outside and required stable water temperature in the tank caused the accident.

It revealed the hidden problem of architecture safety inspection though, who approved this tank being used like this at the first place. it is rather a human error instead of a quality problem.
