RIP to the victims. I thought chinese were efficient in preventing terror attacks, but nowadays it seems the terror attacks in the country is increasing......but maybe it is not a case of efficiency, after all terrorism is a global phenomenon

You are trying to hi-jack the thread by making it another India-Pakistan pis*ing contest.
China is our ally, best ally a country could wish for. Even if your allegations were true, ISI would not allow China to get harmed by foreign funded terrorists including Tajiks, Uzbek, Turkmen and other terrorists to use our trrritory against China.

ISI is not able to prevent terrorists from killing Pakis all over the country. Not a week passes without hearing of some terrorist attack in Pakistan, some suicide bomber, some target killing, some drive-by shooting. The country is screwed up totally.

Wishful thinking. China and Pakistan are partners in every field, this includes military intel and sat coverage.
They know the source behind TTP and its foreign funding, hence she's helping every way she can.

They took Kunming by surprise which is remote and unguarded for such attacks, in the Southwest , and the crowded rail station. It is also an air hub to SE & S Asia ( the 4th largest airport for intl transit)
