The White House announced today it planned to expand a program to secure and destroy Libya's huge stockpile of dangerous surface-to-air missiles, following an ABC News report that large numbers of them continue to be stolen from unguarded military warehouses.

I didn't even see MANPADS used in this war. Only vehicle mounted SA-24 was there. Gaddafi didn't even have gripstocks for them meaning no manpad use.

As for the SA-7s, they are over 10 years old and inoperable. The retard Teuregs who stole them forgot to take the batteries too.

Now if this report is true than can be very dangerous, if they fell in the wrong hands. The report is not clear how many of the systems were Manpads, which would be the ideal terrorist tool.
