TTP will step up attacks during election time. They will try to intimidate ANP(Bachcha Khan's Party), maybe also PTI(Imran Khan) and JUI(Mullah Party) will possibly back them up.

12 killed, 14 injured as FC convoy targeted in Peshawar

PESHAWAR (SANA): At least 12 people including two women were killed and 14 others were injured in a suicide bomb blast which targeted a senior Frontier Constabulary (FC) commander near a security check post in Saddar Cantt area of Peshawar. The Pakistani Taliban claimed responsibility for a blast that killed 12 people near the U.S. Consulate in Peshawar on Friday.

According to details, a suicide bomber blasted himself near an FC convoy when it stopped at a security check post at Fakhar-e-Alam Road in Saddar area on Friday.A security official said that Abdul Majeed Marwat, commander of the paramilitary Frontier Constabulary for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, survived the attack and was taken to a military hospital with “only scratches”.“It was a suicide attack, the target was the FC commander,” police official Arshad Khan told the media.

The eye-witnesses said that the suicide bomber was by foot and he blew himself up when the convoy of the FC chief stopped at a military check post in the busy cantonment area of Peshawar. The injured included three paramilitary personnel and a pair of legs, presumed to be that of the bomber, were collected from the site of the incident.

The bomb disposal squad told that approximately 10 kilograms of explosives were used in the blast.

I seriously doubt that. That there is such widespread violence means Pakistan needs long term peace and development.
Point is, three months aren't enough to fix all that is wrong in Pakistan.
