CHAKWAL: Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has said that all politicians are in agreement that democracy should continue in the country and general elections should be held on time, Geo News reported.

Speaking at a public gathering on Saturday, he said: "today military leadership is guardian of democracy".:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Ashraf added, that the incumbent government was about to complete its five-year term with the help of its coalition partners.

"I belong to Potohar and I am among my own people today, I began development work in the region since I assumed my post," he added.

He reiterated that there would be no delay in the election as the government intends to hold them on time.
