We co-operate in military to the sphere anymore by Frenches, and very small with Germans. We do not buy as Russia of license and with by French of specialists do the standards. Well about it in next post.

You are trying to prove to me money that hasn't been spent yet. Every year there is deficit funds missing and the more lofty the goal the less likely they are to achieve it. What I posted is from the 2011 White Paper from that site.
