The price to be paid by Germany, to evacuate Belgium, France, surrender herself, allies to strip German soldiers from Arms, Germany have to pay heavily for war, people in anger wanted to oust Keiser, Keiser abdicated for a democratic republic when soldiers refused his order to obey his order crush rebellion of his people but he was alive upto 1940's to hear Germany defeating France again, 11th November, 1918 , Germany signed armistice.
