In that He was asked " Why is India keeping the BSF in the ratio of 2.5 : 1 on Bangladesh border "

So this question proves that GOI is aware of a threat from the terror groups
trying to infiltrate with arms and explosives AND hence India is keeping such a massive force
on the Border as a deterrent

These groups have a nuisance value

The ones coming in from Bangladesh readily mingle with the local populace worst estimates put them at around 5crores illegally living in India. Not to much wherever they settle its turning into a mini- Afghanistan.
