    The ship is sprayed with water and allowed to freeze overnight. The next day they kick start all systems to see if they work.

    At one side we are building Shivalik class frigates and keeping three major private shipyard ideal and at other we are importing relatively inferior frigates at higher price in the name of speedy delivery to consolidate depleting strength. At times i get feeling of IN planners getting infected by IA and IAF mentality.

    The Indian Navy commissions the first of its follow-on Talwar-class (modified Krivak-II) stealth frigates Teg today at Yantar shipyard in St Petersburg. The Commissioning CO is Capt Rakesh Kumar Dahiya. Shano Varuna.
