It's not mud. It's water hyacinth and garbage (perhaps floating guide buoys) on the water.

Right now it is 14,000t of welded steel. There is alot of work yet to do.

Right now it' just the basic shell of the hull only, we still have to put on the superstructure and all of the interior fittings and machinery, not to mention build a flight deck on it, long way to go gentlemen still a long long way to go!
