All we need now is a supervisor with a belt in his hand walking around, when ever the Indian gets a thought to do lazy finish job, he needs to get belted. That will do a massive increase in quality control.
Never heard any complains in terms of quality from HAL but rate of production, Need masses of Rudra & LCH so does Dhruvs..
