I will have to revise my statement. I had said it was Saraca asoca but now I think it is most likely to be Delonix regia. Both these trees look very similar.

I saw this on the BigCinema screen. It is showed before start of any movie. I think the decision of choosing black and white, the caption Patriotism knows no language is also awesome.
