    some organic rice , such as in northern China or import from Japan, cost more than 1$ to $20 per pound.
    How is the Ganges River, still good?
    What's Indian rice price now?
    Will India allow food export this year?
    Sikh(Punjab) products 50% food for India?

    The bold portion is too generalist question, I suggest you Google about this. India does export certain items, but it depends on the demand at home, if demand is more, no export
