Al qaeda plans ghazwa e hind for India. Al-Shahab an arm of Al-Qaeda has released video asking muslims across India to join in their holy war.

All of them are promised to go to heaven.

Could be a whole lot of reasons, some technical, some not-technical...

But that apart, since the AQ is finally prepared for the final Jihad, I'm assuming they have assembled a force of something along these lines: (Note that I'm assuming conventional military logic in absence of Jihadi literature)
80 infantry divisions (for a 2:1 numerical superiority)
8000 tanks (2:1 numerical superiority)
1200 4th gen fighters
2000+ helicopters
360-440 nukes
