This is a thread where we ask questions that pertain to identification of equipment, aircraft or any other military paraphernalia...

For example, some people might ask questions about identification of aircraft, some about guns, some about torpedoes, all are valid and legal on this thread...

The whole deal goes like this -

1. Question is posted (a picture)
2. Guess what that picture is
3. Question asker will confirm whether your response was right or wrong
4. If it is right, you get to ask your own question
5. If it is wrong, go back to guessing

Sometimes, it may so happen that the equipment given for identification is very difficult and people may struggle. It is the prerogative of the question asker to give ample hints and tips along the way to facilitate identification.

If the question remains unanswered for more than two days, then the question asker must reveal the answer for that question and pose another new one in its place...

If the question asker is uncontactable for three days after posing the question (doesn't respond or isn't online to help on the thread) and the question isn't answered by then, then the members can decide amongst themselves and pose a new question on their own to prevent the thread from going stagnant...

Hawker Hurricane?

Hint 1 - Look closely at the structure of the cockpit, the shape of the wings and the way the bottom of the nose tapers as it goes toward the propellers... That should narrow down the options for you...

It is a World War 2 era interceptor but only limited numbers were built...
