China To Engage In 'Six Inevitable Wars' Involving U.S., Japan, India And More, According To Pro-Government Chinese Newspaper

China's announcement last weekend of an Air Defense Identification Zone, which includes disputed areas of the East China Sea, has ratcheted up tensions between China and her neighbors, leading some to believe war is imminent.

The new air defense area includes the airspace above the hotly disputed cluster of tiny islands known as the Diaoyu to China and the Senkaku to the Japanese. International reaction to the ADIZ, particularly from Japan and its ally the U.S., has been uniformly defiant. In addition to official statements from Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida and U.S. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel, Reuters reported Tuesday that two U.S. military aircraft have flown around the disputed islands in direct defiance of China's ADIZ.

"We have conducted operations in the area of the Senkakus," spokesman Col. Steve Warren said, using the Japanese name for the islands. In addition to declaring the zone's wide boundaries, Chinese military forces announced that all air travel in the designated ADIZ must be reported to avoid "emergency defensive measures in response." The U.S. did the flyover without addressing the demands made by China. "We have continued to follow our normal procedures, which include not filing flight plans, not radioing ahead and not registering our frequencies," Warren continued.

The new ADIZ has brought added tension to one of China's several current territorial disputes. As pointed out in Shanghai-based news-blog, The Shanghaiist.com, earlier this summer, a particularly strident pro-government local newspaper, Weweipo, published a war-mongering article describing the "Six Wars China Is Sure to Fight In the Next 50 Years." The article essentially predicts that most of China's current border disputes will eventually lead to war.

Over the next 50 years, the article expects China to be engaged in war over the following issues:

1. Taiwanese unification (2020-2025)

While China and Taiwan currently have fairly peaceful relations, the mainland continues to strive for "unification."

2. South China Sea islands (2025-2030)

According to a translation of the original article, as published by StratRisk.com, following the inevitable "return" of Taiwan, "South East Asian countries" will "already be shivering." This momentum will be the driving force behind negotiations to "reconquer" South China Sea islands like the Spratlys, which neighboring governments like Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines and Vietnam all lay claim to.

3. "Southern Tibet" (2035-2040)

Though China and India share a long border along China's southwest region, a Himalayan area claimed as "southern Tibet" is the main point of contention between the two huge nations. The article suggests that "the best strategy for China is to incite the disintegration of India" by dividing the nation into several smaller countries so "India will have no power to cope with China."

4. East China Sea islands (2040-2045)

Unsurprisingly, the newspaper reaffirms that the East China Sea island groups of Diaoyu and Ryukyu, known in Japan as Senkaku and Okinawa, belong to China. While the article says the conflict won't take place until 2040, other scholars have estimated that a war between China and Japan, and likely the U.S., could happen sooner.

5. "Outer" Mongolia (2045-2050)

"If Outer Mongolia can return to China peacefully, it is the best result, of course; but if China meets foreign intervention or resistance, China should be prepared to take military action," the article reads.

6. "Recover the territory seized by Russia" (2055-2060)

The article recognizes the current good relations between China and Russia but insists that "China never forgets the lands lost to Russia" in past centuries, adding that "when the chance comes, China will take back the lands."

The article is predictably confident that all wars would be won by the Chinese side, and Russia is no different: "After the victories of previous five wars, it is time to make Russians pay the price."

************************************************************************************************

Here is the hegemonic imperialism planned by China straight from the horse's mouth!

It is time to catch China by the scruff of its neck and give it a shakedown and tell them where to get off.

Just imagine the audacity of the Chinese that they feel the world is their poaching ground.

It is time to encourage the Tibetans and the Uighurs as also the Mongols in China.

One must also encourage the Southern Chinese that they are not really Chinese, but made into Han from what the Han call them as 'barbarians'.

There is already a discontent amongst the Southern Chinese that they are carrying the burden of China on their shoulders since they are more industrious and economically alive than the dumb Northerners.

The best example of the Pavlovian experiment of the Pavlovian Dogs are conditioned in reflexes to believe so!

But when the chips are down they will realise the reality, as they did at Nathu La, Cho La and also against the viets and now with the US, Japan and Sounth Korea over the ADIZ and how China will make all 'obey'!!

CCP should stick to murdering Chinese peasants, nobody else seems to give a damn to their claims these days. Maybe the Chinese internet population has become too vocal and strong about CCP getting their blood cravings satisfied in-house. So they are hoping to go for imported stuff, but failing!

as far as arunachal is concerned - i believe the timing can be brought forward bit to around 2020 or so ...i firmly believe china will look for an opportunity when the goi is really confused and in some weak coalition - even weaker than today's UPA ( believe it or not but there are weaker alternatives' than what we even have today ) ....then seizing the advantage , they will attack or like 1962, they will incite india to attack and then they have their excuse

They are day dreaming on Dividing India. Whatever infighting that goes on In India is normal Democratic process that further strengthens the Nation as one.

China itself is full of chaos.

Tibetans and Uighurs do not accept that they are a part of China.

The Northern Chinese and the Southern Chinese are not the same and there is enough of bristling differences. (see the thread Northern and Southern Chinese).

It is time for the world to put the Chinese in their place and tell them that they are no homogeneous whole and there difference can be easily exploited!

China would never dare to rake up issues on the border with India in any serious way till they are certain that the Tibetans and Uyghurs have become sufficiently Han-ised.

Any action before that would be catastrophic for China.

Let us not think China is interested in peace with India and she is acting like a domesticated cat which has stolen a plateful of milk.

It is only awaiting the correct environment in Tibet and Xinjiang before striking India.

Sadly Mamnohan and Salman are too lethargic mentally or plumb running scared to realise this!

and Anthony finding singing hymns during Christmas for the Midnight Mass is greater servivce to humanity and India than equiping the military for the inevitable!

Re: China To Engage In 'Six Inevitable Wars' Involving U.S., Japan, In

A war between India & China will be like that of 1962 which will see India repeating what China did in 1962. A real major war will only happen if India joins an alliance against China and that may involve use of nukes. Pls remember that India has direct land borders with China and is equally strong in manpower & nukes.
The best way forward for India to intimidate china is to take out and break up Pakistan, after that china will be forced to come to negotiating table and accept what India wants or it will have to face an India in alliance with Japan, Vietnam, Phillipines, S Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Brunei & Australia with active support of NATO.

Re: China To Engage In 'Six Inevitable Wars' Involving U.S., Japan, In

They would be too busy maintaining current China in one piece to fight other wars. With the newer generations losing all illusions of communism and busy making a better lives for themselves they wouldn't be too interested in jeopardizing everything to make wars and acquire fringe lands where people don't consider themselves chinese.
