China has already put the former railway Minister into prison, how should India deal with your Railway Minister?

From the criminals already published, I think he perhaps will be in prison all his life, or executed.
But how to say, this man has both two sides, although corrupted, he really do a lot of things to push the modernization of Chinese railway system.

He was protected by his superiors for years.

Although CCP has recently woken up to corruption levels.

Awesome for the Chinese . When india gets to 3x of its GDP then they can go for such infrastructure and wiill have plenty do's and dont's to learn from the Chinese experience. Right now india needs to get base infrastructure updated...

And China is helping out India with that. If India really gonna spend 1 trillion on this.
