Seperate Section for Territorial Army

Could we please open a seperate section for the Territorial Army?

elaborate please what u want to post there and more ... we will consider

The section for Territorial Army will facilitate News, discussions and life for Territorial Army members. Those in TA can discuss and share their experiences, training schedules and any problems they face due to their TA commitments. A separate section will also help in recruiting new members as prospective TA's will feel more comfortable joining if they have a ready support group.

yaah there is not lot of clarity regarding T.A . If i can get more info on that it would be great . Like can a T.A personnel be a part of regular army at some piont of time ? Can this division be used as a combat force in insurgency ops or can be deputed on border area ?
What is a pay scale of a T.A and how much hours does he has to practice in a year and can he continue his business or job at same time ????
