For Americans, it is so easy to point accusing finger at others for riots, only when riots happen at home, say Baltimore, they have positive spin to an equally ugly situation.

Becoming "Civilized" was a declaration of the White man formalizing uncontested rule over Blacks and other ethnicity. Isn't that what they claim they did to India too? Civilized us?
