No. Ghatak is a Flying wing concept. Before full scale prototype flight, it would have to undergo numerous test flights on scale model. Dry variant of Kaveri is supposed to be used in Ghatak. So if you want to do initial testing with F404, then you have to use a downrated version of that. So...

No idea. But it would take time. Atleast 5+ years IMO for certifying flight rated Kaveri. If it happens sooner, I'd be pleasantly pleased.
